Stravent Capital is being built to focus on the outdoor hospitality sector: RV parks, campgrounds, and related properties. It is founded by an operator who managed a multi-state portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds and later worked directly with property investors on acquisition, development, and operating strategy.

The firm is currently in its pre-launch phase: studying the industry, listening to operators and owners, and laying the groundwork.
